Refund Policy

We want GeoDataFarm Pro to be worth what you paid for it. If it isn’t, we’ll refund you.

If you’re not satisfied with GeoDataFarm Pro, request a refund within **30 days** of any charge — your initial purchase, or a later annual renewal — and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Email **geodatafarm@gmail.com** with the email address or order number from your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation. We aim to respond within a couple of days. You can also request a refund directly through Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal, linked in your purchase confirmation email.

Refunds are processed by **Lemon Squeezy** (our payment provider) back to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the Crop simulation Pro features lock

again — the free GeoDataFarm plugin remains fully usable.

Refund requests made more than 30 days after a charge are considered case by case — reach out and we’ll take a look, but we can’t guarantee the same no-questions-asked outcome. If you’re an EU or UK consumer, this policy doesn’t affect any statutory withdrawal or consumer-protection rights you have regardless of this window.
